rules governing the use of the GSI General Software Inc APP (hereinafter referred to as the APP), which can be
downloaded from
the Apklis and PlayStore application stores.
The download or use of the APP attributes the condition of User to the person who does so and implies the
acceptance of all the conditions included in this document and in the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice of said
Web page. The User should read these conditions each time he/she uses the APP, as they may be modified in the
future.

Access to and use of the Content: You
can use the APP to organize your workflow by providing you with complete real-time information about your
projects. To use the APP, you need a Device with Android KitKat 4.4W - 4.4W.2 or higher. Content availability will
depend on the server where your project management platform is hosted. Redmine provides the Content available
through the APP, GSI General Software Inc is your opportunity to revolutionize the way you manage your Redmine
projects,
increasing your productivity and taking your project management to new heights.
Charges: You are responsible for payment of all costs you incur as a result of downloading and using
the APP, including any carrier network or roaming charges. Please check with your service provider for details.
Updates: The APP, related compatibility libraries or Content may require updates to, among other
things, fix bugs, enhance features or install missing add-ons and/or their new versions (collectively, "Updates").
These Updates may be required in order to use the APP. By agreeing to these Terms and using the APP, you agree to
receive such Updates automatically. In some cases, Updates may be managed. However, if it is determined that the
Update will address a critical security vulnerability or operational issue relating to the Content, or prevent
abuse, the Update may be implemented regardless of the Update settings you have set on your Device.
Personal information: In the Privacy Policy of the APP we treat your personal data. In the App are only
required for single sign-on with Redmine credentials, specifying the web address of the server, your username and
password.
Unauthorized access to accounts: You must store your account information securely and not share it with
anyone.
Disabled Accounts: If the APP disables access to your account in application of the Terms (for example,
in case of significant or repeated violations of the Terms). Please contact support for more information.
Anonymous Statistics: The Company reserves the right to track your activity on the Application and to
report it to our third party statistical service providers. All of this is done anonymously.
It is forbidden to alter or modify any part of
the APP or the contents thereof, to circumvent, disable or otherwise manipulate (or attempt to circumvent, disable
or manipulate) the security features or other functions of the program. It is forbidden to use the APP with the
purpose of damaging property, rights or interests of AVANGENIO or third parties. It is also forbidden to make any
other use that alters, damages or renders useless the networks, servers, equipment, products and computer programs
of AVANGENIO or third parties.
The APP and its contents (texts, photographs, graphics, images, technology, software, links, contents, graphic
design, source code, etc.), as well as the trademarks and other distinctive signs are property of AVANGENIO or
third parties, and the User does not acquire any right over them by the mere use of the APP.
The User shall refrain from: reproducing, copying, distributing, making available to third parties, publicly
communicating, transforming or modifying the APP or its contents, except in the cases contemplated by law or
expressly authorized by AVANGENIO or by the holder of such rights.
Subject to the conditions set out in the previous section, AVANGENIO grants the User a non-exclusive, free
license to use the APP for personal use and for an indefinite period. This license is also granted under the same
terms with respect to the updates and improvements that may be made to the application. Such use licenses may be
revoked by AVANGENIO unilaterally at any time, by simply notifying the User.
It is up to the User, in any case, to have adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of malicious
programs or any other harmful computer element. AVANGENIO is not responsible for the damages caused to computer
equipment during the use of the APP. Likewise; AVANGENIO will not be responsible for the damages caused to the
Users when such damages have their origin in failures or disconnections in the telecommunication networks that
interrupt the service.
The User undertakes to make correct use of the APP, in accordance with the Law, with these Terms and
Conditions of Use and with the other regulations and instructions that, if applicable, may be applicable.
The User shall be liable to AVANGENIO and to third parties for any damages that may be caused by breach of
these obligations.
The User understands and agrees that use of the APP is subject to the limitations and responsibilities set
forth in these Terms and Conditions. The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights in the APP and
agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the APP. By using the APP, the User agrees to
the terms and conditions of use set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
